1970 Corvette Street Machine

                 Street Freak Special ! This 1970 Corvette has such an outrageous custom paint job that it will blind you. The car is a time capsule bringing you back to 1975 when disco was popular, it also was a time when horsepower wasn't enough to win at shows so the people mixed street machine power with lowrider good looks. The Vette features a full custom interior, supercharged small block engine and a 4-speed manual transmission. The interior is filled with a roll bar, metallic vinyl interior accents and wood trim, finishing off the 70's vibe it rolls on classic wire wheels.     The engine is a small-block Chevy 400, with a Dyers 6V-71supercharger. It has a pump gas friendly 8.5:1 CR., The supercharger is feed by two boost-referenced Holley 650 CFM  carbs. Ignition is handled by a MSD products.  The small-block is backed up by a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. The fumes exit in style with chrome 4-into one side pipes that make this 71' Corvette rumble. Power

"The Virginia Gentleman" 1967 Corvette

  The 'Virginia Gentleman' is a  1967 Chevrolet Corvette that was built and driven by John Boughers . Originally the car was green with a white interior and was equipped with an automatic transmission,power windows and air conditioning. John raced the Vette on the East coast from the 1970's to the early 1980's, in 1980 the car was painted red when Champion spark plugs came onboard as a major sponsor. He won many races and was best known as ' The oldest man in Drag Racing '. The power plant was built by Justice Brothers Racing in Virginia with Carlton Philips.It's a 620 HP small block with 13:1compression. It's shifted by an ATI Powerglide with a brake. In 1985 the the car was purchased by Gino's Auto Body and raced by Gino from  85' to 1989 in the West Palm Beach area,in 1985 the Corvette won the five day championship tournament at Moroso Motorsports Park , now Orlando Speed World.  This is a time capsule that deserves to be in someones collect

Greg Tinney's Oldsmobile Cutlass

  Greg Tinney has been Drag Racing for over 40 years , and along with his current racing partner of 25 years they have won 8 championships out of the same shop.   Greg Tinney from Wolf Racing has raced Oldsmobile's for 40 years. He started out racing his 1971 Olds Cutlass street car back in high school. His current race car is also a 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass S 442 Clone.  Greg said he installed 1972 taillights just because he likes the look of those better. The car was wrecked when he got it and  planned on building it into a race car from the start so he stripped all of it down and replaced any damaged sheet metal , then He painted the car 1993 Cadillac Dark Plum .   Greg installed a 10 point roll cage with a rear x brace at L.J. Race cars in Davie,FL. He wanted to restore the car as well and not just cut it up.The car has all of the glass and it is all steel except for the Glasstek fiberglass hood and 5" cowl hood scoop that He made. Al Wagner's 1970 Plymouth Duster

                                                Al Wagner's 1970 Plymouth Duster          Al Wagner  started Drag Racing in a 13.0 second Plymouth Road Runner back in 1972.  He kept improving it and reached 11.0 second runs back in the early 80's with a steel block 383/4 speed trans.  He ran the car  for over 13 years,  and sold it in 1982 .  Al stated , It was time to step it up.      In 1983 he purchased the current Duster we see here .  With just a little chassis work Al ran bracket races with it and also super street (10.90 index).      He had an 8th place finish in the S/ST class back in 1986, and raced the car in that current state until he decided to totally re-chassis the car in 1989.  The car was taken to Vallow Body & Chassis in Pontiac, IL. The car is currently a round tube chassis , with a funny car cage, 4 link rear , and a  strut front end.   For power a 572 Wedge was installed with aluminum rods.  The block and heads are by Indy Cylinder Head,
