Randy Greene's - Hot Pontiac's

Image
This is a very rare Canadian built 1970 Pontiac GTO that's owned by Randy Greene, he is retired from United States Marine Corps where he worked on helicopters.  The GTO had some serious upgrades over the years, starting with a hopped-up 455 c.i. Pontiac engine equipped with a big Holley carburetor supplying the air/fuel mixture. It's mounted on top of an aluminum Edelbrock Performer intake manifold.   The fumes exit through long-tube headers & Flowmaster mufflers. A high lift-long duration cam was installed giving the exhaust notes that nice rump- atty-rump sound! The 455 is backed up with a 3-speed automatic transmission, that was filled with a 3000 rpm high-stall torque converter and it's controlled by a Hurst His & Hers shifter .  The chassis was filled with the best parts from QA1, including control arms, sway-bars and heavy duty end links. The rear end was filled with 3:42:1 gears and a posi-traction differential.    Randy said he has owned the car for

1970 AMX Super Stock

Image
This is AMX S/S # 3 known as “Patriot-1”. The American Motors  factory transformed the sheet metal from a 1969 model to represent a 1970 model, as only 1 of 53 examples were ever produced by Hurst Performance, this is a rare car indeed.  There are more HEMI S/S Darts out there now then have ever been built by the factory, how many people can say they have an original?  This is the real deal, it was purchased new by Phillip Frisbie.       The  390 CI V-8 engine features an Edelbrock STR-11 cross-ram intake manifold. Fuel is mixed by dual Holley 4-barrel carburetors with velocity stacks that are sealed to hood with gaskets allowing it to gulp fresh air from the power bulge scoop.         The interior is typical 1960's, black carpet, black high-back bucket seats and of course a Hurst shifted 4-speed  manual transmission gets the job done.  The exterior is painted in AMC factory race team colors in Red, White and Blue. The paint and lettering is flawless. The chassis features  Hurst

1968 Bill Thomas Camaro

Image
This Sea-frost Green 1968 Camaro was ordered as a true Super Sport with a big block 396, then it was sent to Bill Thomas of Bill Thomas Race Cars in Anaheim, CA. There Mr.Thomas worked his magic on the 396.                   This car also has the Rally Sport hidden headlight package along with front spoiler, and the bolt on fiberglass Stinger Hood.     It features the Matching Numbers 396 block which is a rarity for a Bill Thomas car, because most of his builds had the 427 transplant. However, the original owner wanted to stay with the 396 and Mr.Thomas transformed Chevrolet's 396 into a sleeper big block that could terrorize any 427 on the street in 1968.   The 396 is set up with an Offenhauser Intake manifold with dual Carter AFB Carbs. A Comp Cams solid-lifter camshaft with the original Bill Thomas spec’s was installed during the rebuild .  The engine is mated to a column shifted Turbo 400 Transmission that feeds a heavy-duty 12 Bolt posi-traction rear end with
