                                                Al Wagner's 1970 Plymouth Duster          Al Wagner  started Drag Racing in a 13.0 second Plymouth Road Runner back in 1972.  He kept improving it and reached 11.0 second runs back in the early 80's with a steel block 383/4 speed trans.  He ran the car  for over 13 years,  and sold it in 1982 .  Al stated , It was time to step it up.      In 1983 he purchased the current Duster we see here .  With just a little chassis work Al ran bracket races with it and also super street (10.90 index).      He had an 8th place finish in the S/ST class back in 1986, and raced the car in that current state until he decided to totally re-c...
