1970 Corvette Street Machine

                 Street Freak Special ! This 1970 Corvette has such an outrageous custom paint job that it will blind you. The car is a time capsule bringing you back to 1975 when disco was popular, it also was a time when horsepower wasn't enough to win at shows so the people mixed street machine power with lowrider good looks. The Vette features a full custom interior, supercharged small block engine and a 4-speed manual transmission. The interior is filled with a roll bar, metallic vinyl interior accents and wood trim, finishing off the 70's vibe it rolls on classic wire wheels.     The engine is a small-block Chevy 400, with a Dyers 6V-71supercharger. It has a pump gas friendly 8.5:1 CR., The supercharger is feed by two boost-referenced Holley 650 CFM  carbs. Ignition is handled by a MSD products.  The small-block is backed up by a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. The fumes exit in style with chrome 4-into one side pipes that make this 71' Corvette rumble. Power

1968 Yenko Nova Pro/Street

                                                  This 1968 Nova is a tribute to the past with the Yenko stripe treatment over the refrigerator white paint job . With its supercharged big block sticking through the hood and tubed out Pro/Street rear-end ,Don Yenko would call this a modern super car !         This Pro/Street special features a Chevrolet 8.1L 496 Stroker big block that makes  850+HP on 93 Octane Pump Gas.   It features a Scat Steel Crankshaft, Eagle forged H-beam rods & pistons. And the star of the show is the Weiand 8-71 Supercharger with a nitrous oxide injection system.   The big block is finished with a set of Brodix 360CC aluminum heads.    An ISKY roller cam with Crane lifters bump the valves. A polished BDS finned air scoop covers a pair of  Holley Pro-Series XE 950CFM 4BBL carburetors .                                                                 The body is all steel except for the fiberglass 3 inch cowl-induction hood.                                

1967 Barracuda Pro-Street

  This 1967 Plymouth Barracuda Pro-Street custom is just amazing.  The build took over 4 years to complete with body and paint by Marx Hot-rod's.    The engine room features a Chrysler Mega Block stretched to 540 C.I. topped with  Indy Aluminum heads fed by an F2- Procharger. This combo makes over 1000  horsepower with the current drive pulley .                                               Spark is controlled by an MSD 6 BTM box and Pro-Billet distributor.   The cooling system features an Indy reverse flow water pump system that feeds into a huge four-core radiator equipped with dual Spal fans.    Ceramic headers and 3inch tubes expel the fumes. Backing up  that horsepower is a 727torque-flite trans.with a 3500rpm stall converter .  A Ford 9 inch rear end is stuffed with 4:10 gears,strange spool , & 35 spline axles. An Art Morrison back half was installed with ladder bars and adjustable coil over shocks. The front suspension is equipped with a Magnum Force K- member fitted

Pro /Street 1966 Dodge Charger

    This Pro-Street 1966 Dodge Charger is an original Hemi car, only 468 of them were produced that year. The fi rst generation Dodge Charger featured front and rear bucket seats,the rears fold down completely fl at.The instrument panel features fl uorescent back lighting giving it the look of an airplane cockpit. The super straight body is painted a deep Candy Apple Red.         The Hemi was rebuilt by Professional Funny Car Racer Dennis Piranio.The Engine was treated to a forged Crankshaft, a Crower solid Camshaft,and 7:1 Arias Pistons help the engine make 5psi of boost in street tune, made possible by a Dyers 6-71 Supercharger .    On top of the Supercharger, twin Carter carbs that are feed by the three Holley fuel pumps . A Mallory Magneto keeps the spark plugs lit . Keeping the Hemi cool is a custom 5 core radiator featuring dual electric fans and an aluminum water pump .The horsepower is sent to a Heavy-Duty B&M 727 Automatic Transmission with manual valve body ...

Street- Freaks !

     * Street Freaks   * What is a Street Freak?  It's a street driven Drag Strip dropout, de-tuned for Sorta-Legal   on-road Cruising. Take a fugitive funny car with a dynamite engine and jacked up suspension, add mufflers (rarely), lights and the biggest street tires (most only had slicks) and drive it on the street ! I grew up in North Jersey in the early 80's , reading every car magazine I could get my hands on . Yes, you could still hold something in your hands and read it !  I had a subscription to Hot Rod at 9 years old and renewed for at least 10 years , until it got over run with ads . I would also purchase  Car Craft , & now defunct Popular Hot Rodding & Cars Illustrated at the news stand / magazine store . This was my only education about Hot Rods or any cars for that matter, as I was the only one in my family who was interested in cars. And as luck would have it , my house was the only one on my street with out a driveway or garage . So convincing my fat
