1970 Corvette Street Machine

                 Street Freak Special ! This 1970 Corvette has such an outrageous custom paint job that it will blind you. The car is a time capsule bringing you back to 1975 when disco was popular, it also was a time when horsepower wasn't enough to win at shows so the people mixed street machine power with lowrider good looks. The Vette features a full custom interior, supercharged small block engine and a 4-speed manual transmission. The interior is filled with a roll bar, metallic vinyl interior accents and wood trim, finishing off the 70's vibe it rolls on classic wire wheels.     The engine is a small-block Chevy 400, with a Dyers 6V-71supercharger. It has a pump gas friendly 8.5:1 CR., The supercharger is feed by two boost-referenced Holley 650 CFM  carbs. Ignition is handled by a MSD products.  The small-block is backed up by a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. The fumes exit in style with chrome 4-into one side pipes that make this 71' Corvette rumble. Power

My favorite wheeels - The Ansen Sprint ! (AKA Slot's)

  The room in this speed-shop is Heaven for me , because these are my favorite wheels of all time .  Ansen or E-T Slots look great on anything . Gasser's, Muscle Cars , Drag Cars and don't forget Custom-Van's. The Sprint style slot wheel came in sizes from 3 inches wide  to 14 inches wide . and you could get them in 13  to 15 inch diameters with the most rare being 16in. , those were mostly for Dragsters .   The street car wheels were made with cast aluminum , while the race versions were made in magnesium  . They were made with bolt on center caps or push in caps .    This example is a15x14  Ansen   Sprint slot wheel,with a 4- inch back space.                          Slot wheels give any street machine that racing look and just add to the cool factor !       It is very rare to find a set of 15x12 or 15x14's for sale , but about once a year I seem to find a set on Ebay .     I'm looking for a set of Ansen 15x10 or 15x12's in the Ford/Mopar Pattern of -5x 4

1940 Willys Coupe Gasser

This 1940 Willys is street driven in Colorado & features a 528 CI Mopar Hemi . It has an iron block with 8.7:1 custom JE pistons and Indy ported race heads. ARP studs keep it glued together. The 4150 steel crank swings Eagle H-Beam connecting rods and an ATI balancer keeps the big Hemi from shaking to bits . It was Dyno'd at 1031 Horsepower & 900 lb/ft of Torque . A complete MSD ignition system keeps the sparks flying under the boost pressure supplied by the polished 14-71 Hi-Helix supercharger by the Blower Shop. It's running a drive ratio of 1:1 giving it 14 Psi through the traps. A pair of Holley 800 CFM Double Pumpers mix the fumes and this healthy Hemi is topped off a vintage BDS scoop . The exhaust system features 2 1/8 custom Zoomies with ceramic a coating so they will look good for years . There are two sets of inserts to drive on the street,but it's still loud !
